OJ Linney is a mortgage consultant and loan officer with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional client service. A graduate of Charleston Southern University, OJ earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology after a successful Division I basketball career, where he was recognized as a top scorer in the Big South Conference and competed in the NCAA Tournament.

OJ began his mortgage career with the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), serving in multiple leadership roles, including Area Director, where he led high-performing teams and helped South Carolinians achieve homeownership. He holds national mortgage licensing and HUD certifications, allowing him to guide buyers through a wide range of lending options.
